Directions: Can be used in the shower or in the bath. Before showering, apply with hands to skin and rub in a circular motion for 1 minute, rinse. For maximum exfoliation, apply product to dry skin. For use as a muscle soak -apply to dry skin on arms, torso, chest, and legs and soak in a warm bath. Can also be used at the sink to soothe hardworking hands, helps exfoliate calluses and moisturise.
