MyYogaTeacher offers singles and couples the opportunity to study privately or in group classes with highly trained, India-based yoga instructors, many with degrees in yoga, yoga therapy (physical therapy using yoga), and a minimum 900 hours of certified training. All yoga classes are live, not pre-recorded, so instructors hear and see the students, providing real-time feedback, mentorship, and guidance, so everyone practices safely and correctly.
