Sparkle and shine for the festive season! Lambrini’s Skinny Sparkle cocktail brings the bubbles, the glitter and the glam … and with less calories!
INGREDIENTS:
● 60ml Lambrini Skinny ● 30ml Vodka ● 15ml Fresh lemon juice ● 10ml Elderflower cordial ● Edible glitter
METHOD:
Dip the rim of the glass into some lemon juice and then dip into edible glitter.
Shake all the ingredients (apart from the Lambrini) and fine strain into a cocktail glass or oversized coupette, topping with Lambrini.
Add a very small amount of pink shimmer dust.
